I don’t know… But I do know that when I insist on going to an actual cashier in CVS rather than thru one of the self check out lanes (in order to protect the jobs of the few actual people working in the store) the cashiers almost invariably argue with me that I should use the machine!? (There are already stores where there are no cashiers! – Just one person who is sometimes there to instruct you on checking yourself out.) I want actual people!
